I have issue with alternator - I have one with external voltage regulator. It's very intermittent - one hour it charges 14volts on idle and 15 V when I raise rpm, hour later barely 12,5v. I already checked battery terminals, alternator was in repair shop where they changed diode bridge, I also tried adjusting voltage regulator by bending these springy things but it's still the same. Brushes I already checked, they look long enough.
What do you guys suggest to check from your experience please? Or if there is some kind of plug and play solution considering my vacuum pump is on rear side of the alternator.
