I think I have decided to do an ls swap and a question I have is has anyone used any of the many aftermarket accessory drive kits? as Sikky, Southwest Speed, Holly, Bills hot road and many more. I have not found any post of people using them and other then a high price tag is there a reason for this?

Probably answered your own question.

Are you worried about frame clearance? Or water exposure? Why use the high mount?
I'm mostly considering it for the AC compressor as a seen a few threads where that was a bit of a pain. for me I don't think it would be a bad idea to get the alternator up a little bit higher if possible. And I agree it's a lot of money and it's probably money thing but I've seen some people spend a lot of money on their swap so it's hard to believe that would be the straw on the camel's back

I ran the Holley mid mount system on another car of mine and am very pleased with it. It is on an older small block not an LS, but worked out well for the installation.
