High mileage 200’s

Ive got a buddy of mine that is wanting to sell me his 2013 200 with 320,000 miles for $15k. Has no oil leaks, no rust, everything works as it should,and has a newer transmission replaced 1000 miles ago. Is this a bad idea or should I pull the trigger ?!?? Dream car for me but I want something reliable for me and my family. Is this a decent deal or am I getting my self into a potential expense car that is needing everything fixed

Yeah, I should get that phone number to protect all of my MUD family from this outrageous scam.
Never mind that is what I paid in '21 for my LX450 w/372k miles (triple locked, though). Worth every penny, including the dozen grand I spent on rebuilding - everything.
It's hard to hate a true LC
