High Idle with AC Compressor Engaged

Hello. I have a 1984 FJ60 smogged/stock 2F that idles high when the AC compressor kicks on. What is the correct idle speed with the AC compressor engaged and how is it adjusted?
 
On the driver’s side fender in the engine bay, there’s a vacuum switching valve solenoid that has wires connected to it.
From that solenoid, two vacuum hoses connect to it and one hose leads directly to a diaphragm actuator on the carburetor. That actuator pulls on the throttle linkage to increase the engine speed when the AC is turned on.

The AC idle up actuator has a set screw at the base of its linkage rod that is used to set the engine speed when AC is on.

To make sure you’ve identified the correct vacuum actuator diaphragm for AC Idle Up, turn on the AC with engine idling so engine revs up as normal, then pull off the vacuum hose at the solenoid of interest and the engine speed should drop.

Once you’ve found the correct vacuum actuator, just turn its set screw counter clockwise on the carburetor to decrease the engine RPMs.
You can set the engine speed to wherever you want. 1000 RPMs is a good starting point.
The faster the engine spins, the better the fan works and faster the compressor spins.
