I'd like to get this as well, but the information about it is incredibly sparse. I know 1-2 people here have put it on, but they don't post much and didn't include a super detailed write up or anything. I won't be willing to experiment with it until there is more transparency around what needs to be done to fit it on the truck.

Any of those 6 sold get into an LX, by chance?

Yep, patiently waiting to see if/how it fits in an LX...

So I did mine a bit differently. I purchased a control box relocation kit from Vice offroad in Canada. Super nice guys, small business and yes, its expensive for what is essentially a bracket and wiring kit, but I didn't have to make it. Below are my pictures.
First off, my crash bar bolts were not happy. Had to use some anti-sieze and patience but they made their way off.

All is well. Plate is VERY well made and bolted right up.

Squeezed the winch in with the control box removed. All wiring to the control box snakes up behind the left headlight.

Remote control box location. Note, the connection for the wired controller is up such that I can easily access it when needed. No, I'm not running a second battery and don't plan to at this time. Wiring control box.

Control box mounted with provided bracket. Its mounted to the fender with a nutsert and an M8 bolt.

Final result. I am splicing on a Factor55 thimble end as soon as I learn how to splice the synthetic.
