I was wondering if anyone has installed the longer HFS shackles from CCOT on the front to get rid of the “stink bug” look. Pros and cons?

I have them on my 88 62. Two cons - you’ll need at least 6 degree caster shims to make it handle, and it rode a bit rough (shackle angle) before I put the ARB bumper on. I’d do it again. Good quality product.I was wondering if anyone has installed the longer HFS shackles from CCOT on the front to get rid of the “stink bug” look. Pros and cons?
It has a lift on it now. How much I’m not sure I bought it the way it sits. It drives like a dream. (Especially after all new shocks.) I don’t want to mess with handling to make it look better. But I am worried about the weight of a ARB bumper and winch making the front sag even more. One thing to consider is to check your ride height with a load that would be appropriate for your average day out wheeling/camping. If the rear is still high, then consider some options like stiffer springs and/or a lift in the front. Last thing you want is to fix the rake and then put gear in for wheeling, only to find out you now have bro’ rake ( front up, butt down). I’d check your spring packs and confirm what you have, consider how it handles, then address the rake. One doesn’t want to chase an aesthetic issue and sacrifice handling.
