I just finished purchasing and shipping this LC200 here to Colorado. I bought it from Virginia, and I think one of the previous owners was a IH8Mudder. This is my '08 200. Black, with a sand interior. The PO had 275/70/18 BFG KO2 tires on original Tundra rims, I changed the rims to KMC XD Monsters. It had missing knobs on the seat heaters, so I am waiting for a ebayer in Asia to send a new aftermarket switch so I can pull off buttons and put them on. I also had to put in a battery as I think it was OE. and the gas door would not open all the way, and when I tried to manually adjust it, it broke off in my hand. So now I wait for the dealer to send me a new door so I can take it up to Euro collision for paint. Also, getting the front windows tinted to match today.
I LOVE the rig. The seller was great to work with, and I could not be happier. So one item-The tires rub the back of the wells in the front. How best to solve that?

Remove the mud-guard behind front wheels as many of us end up doing. Most likely hitting that rather than the wheel well...

And...congrats!!
I drove my fully-built '99 100 series all over tarnation and loved it, but wow. The 200 is NICE, isn't it? The POWER increase is pretty astonishing.

man that photo looks terrible. The mud guard removal seems the best way to go. I'll check this out this weekend. I'll try and get a better pic uploaded as well. thanks guys! cannot wait to get it offroad!
 
yeah, I tried to sand down the mud guard but it still rubbed, so before I ruined it, I removed them. It's really not even noticeable! I used some gorilla tape to cover the small opening so snow and mud does not get stuck in there. Easy fix. Thanks!
