im looking for a wideband air fuel meter kit and i'm trying
not to spend 300 bux doing this !
dose any body know where i can get one ?
im trying to tune my turbo/propane setup on a 22r

Sherpa? you around? I'll ping mr Fox.. he knows of where to obtain one of dese thingy-mc-bobs or has one. he's been all busy moving in the new castle.

The trick to wideband is all in the controller. Badly designed controller = bad data, which is worthless. Narrowband sensors are linear in response, wideband are highly non-linear and complex to interact with (from the controller's perspective). The controller that the world trusts is Innovate's:

www.innovatemotorsports.com

Simplest, cheapest way to accurate information (otherwise, why bother?) is their LC-1, for $200:
LC-1 Lambda Cable with 02 Sensor : Wideband Controller Cable for Dyno, ECU, Data Acquisition, or Gauge Applications

Time was that the MegaSquirt guys were going to do a wideband controller, but don't think they ever did...it couldn't be much cheaper that the LC-1.

my $0.02,
Steve

Analog gauge and controller/sensor, together as a kit, $290: Innovate Motor Sports On-Line Store

Digital gauge and controller/sensor, together as a kit, $230:
Innovate Motor Sports On-Line Store

Digital gauge only:
Innovate Motor Sports On-Line Store

You can't tune with a gauge, you'll want/need to datalog...and the sensor comes with a logging app:
LogWorks: Data Logging software designed for Innovate Motorsports products

You're going to want a cheap laptop...

There is no cheap wideband, AFAIK, but you can get the gauge and sensor, with a logging app, for $230. Or for $350, you can do a LM-2 handheld gauge/datalogger kit (that will need some accessories to log anything other than A/F ratio):
LM-2 Wideband O2 Digital Air/fuel Ratio Meter

YOu asked for help, I have a headache anytime I try and talk tech with sherpa.. Unless he calls and wants old skool tech on interchanging cruiser parts then i give him a headache!
Good luck and we need a pic of you running data on the computer :) not beating it with a sledge either!

What's a 1uz turbo out of a supra?
