Hello, in shopping for tie rod ends for my 2003 Sequoia, I see two different part numbers for the left and two for the right, all with the same description, "tie rod end sub-assembly". (Although one out of the four total listings says, "tie rod end assembly #2", confusingly"). What might be the difference between, say 45046-09210 and 45046-39465? A search for either part shows current stock of either, with slightly different prices.

When all else fails, call the parts desk at the local dealership. They’ve usually pointed me in the right direction.

Sounds good, thank you! I figured they might not like it if I’m ordering it online to save money, but maybe it doesn’t matter to them either way. Appreciate your reply.

Use an internet site that can look using you VIN. Had a 2000 Tundra and remember they were two different style brakes for 2000. That was when searching the internet for parts wasn't so easy. Doesn't help much on 40 series parts since normally looking for parts for year and models I don't own. But Toyotas I own made in this century has worked using the VIN.
