Help with Secondary Air Pump (P2445, P2433, P0171, P0174)

So last year a mouse decided to build a mansion of a nest in the V of my 2005 GX470's engine and soon after that the dreaded check engine light came on. Since then I personally have replaced the following:

• secondary air injection pump
• both left & right air injection check valves
• air injection control valve
• intake manifold gasket
• PCV Valve
• Vacuum Switching valve (located underneath the intake manifold)
• air injection system hose

I have cleared the ECU of all codes and I still get the P2445, P2433, P0171 and P0174 trouble codes. What am I missing? I would rather fix it properly but if I have to I'll buy the SAIS Bypass.

did you ever get to the bottom of your p0171 code. I am experianceing this same issue. I didn't have a rodent living in my car. But still getting the code.
Replaced the MAF Gromet, PCV Valve, fuel filter.
Want to get this issue resolved thanks.
