hey guy i recently got a header and am in the process of installing it i got the manifold unbolted and there is a bar that runs over the manifold and it has to holes to attach it i was wondering do i take off because it runs to the back of motor and i cant really see back there and idk if i put the holes or how do i take off or what i need to do thank you.

I believe that is part of the EGR system. If you need it out of the way there should be a small flange near the rear of the manifold with a couple of bolts that you can remove to get it off. If you are just putting it back on then if you can slide things out and back in then that might be easiest. Now that i think about it, The tube that runs behind the motor is a hard steel pipe so it won't flex much so you may have to break it at the flange to get it out of your way.
