Need help identifying this hose and what’s leaking from this hose. It’s visible through the round window of the skid plate.

I think I have narrowed it down to a small section of power steering hose.
I think you are correct. Is the fluid red?

Fluid didn’t really have a color, oddly, but I ended up determining it was a small section of power steering return line. Removed and replaced with a 12” section of 3/8” transmission fluid hose and a couple 3/8” fuel line clamps. Lost about 1/2 quart of fluid during the hose swap.
For anyone else doing this, know that the 3/8” hose is going to fit a bit tighter over the flared ends of the metal lines. Be patient and slowly work it on, it will take some effort.
i believe that is power steering lines, that part is notorious for rusting

That rubber hose was very dry. I couldn’t see it, but I’m guessing there was a small crack around the clamp which created a slow leak
All but one of those rubber lines are still available new from Toyota...
