Help with Gx470 A/C

Got a call from my daughter out of town at college and she said her 09 gx470 A/C isn’t blowing up front but blows and is cold in back. Since I’m not there to help her right now, what could I suggest she and her boyfriend (who is very handy) check? He has looked at fuses and seem fine.
