Help with drum brakes..

Well im prett sure i have a rear brake issue. My rig is a wierd fzj80 with drums and a semi-float so there is little info on the 80-tech page. I have got some info but i know little about these.

I have family coming in town this weekend and will be using the 80 very much so would prefer to resolve this issue. If anybody is willing to help me take a look and see what needs to be done ill buy the cold
