Help with Bellhousing Cover Part Number's (H151)

I've been running in circles trying to find the right part number for the 2 access covers (rubber plug things) that go into the H151 1FZ-FE bellhousing. Nothing is coming up on Mud that could answer this.

I bought these parts initially:
Cover #1: 31121-26020
Cover #2: 31121-60040
Bellhousing part number: 31111-60303

However they are comically large for the 2 access holes of the bellhousing. The diagram above is for a manual LHD 1FZ-FE 80, yet they don't fit.
Does anyone know what the right part number is for these covers? 31111-60303 (bellhousing) replaced 31111-60250, but if the covers had changed with that revision I would have thought it would be reflected in this parts diagram.

They are no longer needed.
