Anybody in OC that knows FJ 80 to help me base lining mine? I could drive to you and we test drive and check out everything to give me an idea.
Rig got 240k miles when I pick it up last month. Did a few things but need some expert to help me determine certain things are normal or worn since I test drove only 3 FJ80 before buying mine and all were tired so I have no idea the whether the rig ride is normal or tired shock/ springs, humming noise is normal or from bearing, Difflock working or not ( mechanical test seems to lock but light is flashing with no ABS light), etc.....
I am fairly mechanical competent but just not sure what's normal or worn on the FJ80. I need to fix things that are not normal as I can't afford to redo everything just because it has 240k miles. TIA.
