Help with a bumper from Tyler, TX (Dallas) to KS

I have a rear bumper for my 4Runner in Tyler, TX (East of Dallas) I live in Lawrence, KS (West of KC). If anyone is anywhere close to those areas, I would appreciate the help. I know people in KC, Topeka and Wichita so just about anywhere in KS would help me out.
