I need to get an ARB Deluxe front bumper from GA to upstate NY. Any one traveling that way or can anyone recommend a shipper ? DHL is out since it is over-sized.

What about UShip which appears to be an E-Bay type site for shippers to bid on freight ? Anyone have an experience with UShip ?
Well I cannot help with the shipping part but I am midway if it needs parked till someone can retrive it, it can park here. (I am in WV)
I also hear Greyhound can ship sometimes.

Dont know nothing about it, just heard.What? A few months ago I shipped a ECB (about the same size as ARB) bumper from Upstate SC to Washington state. UPS said it had to be in a box and would cost $235-250. So I called DHL. They said it did not have to be in a box, it doesnt even have to be wrapped in anything if I did not want to. I wrapped it in bubble rap and then heavy brown paper. The closest place to drop it off was over 1 hour away from me, so I chose to have them pick it up. Their pick up fee was $3, yes, three dollars. So all together pickup and shipping, it was $89.89. Call DHL again.

Thanks...definately thinking "outside the box"....LOL. Maybe an option is to clad it in Tyvek ?
UPS ran me about 150 bucks. You should have seen the dam box it came in
