Comments Due: December 27, 2013. I know folks are getting ready for spending time with their families during the Christmas Holiday Season. OHVers should not have to be worrying about their access to public lands during this special time of the year. Unfortunately, the public comment period is ending on December 27, for the Humboldt-Toiyabe National Forest and Bureau of Land Management (BLM) Carson City District Bi-State Sage-Grouse Draft Environmental Impact Statement (DEIS).
