Without going into a long thread, just going to try and give you what i think could be the problem and see what is thoyght by the group. Here is what i know. '95 land crusier. Just rebuilt the knuckles and got the preload finally right (thanks kernal). About a week ago igreased the front and rear Ujoints and slip yoke. Since greasing the driveshafts i have started getting a noise that sounds like its coming from the right front wheel. Ill try and describe the noise the best i can. It has happened at speeds over 60mph and usually when i let off the accelarater. The noise sounds like something trying to turn that isnt being able too. Like trying to push a heavy desk on a wood floor making the desk grab and then lungh forward sometimes once sometimes 2or 3 times in a row and yesterday drawn out . This probably doesnt make any sense and ill probably be taking it to a toyota dealer but am hoping to resolve this issue without the dealer and with the mud community. Sorry for the terrible description and thank you for any and all help

X2...I didn't properly grease the bushing and got a terrible intermittent grinding noise especially at deceleration. If you don't specifically remember greasing this bushing, it might be the culprit.

I believe i did grease this bushing but i also believe there's only one way to find out.
