I'm confident the temp gauge is showing a relatively accurate measurement. When I put the heat on full inside the cab the temp gauge drops some, at idle at a stop it goes up, etc...
It hasn't actually boiled over, I haven't let it get to the red part of the gauge yet. I'm afraid of having to do a headgasket.
I don't have the FSM for it either. I downloaded the electronic engine manual, but the body manual is still on the computer.
