Help me with suspension install.

I'm mid install on an Iron Man 3.5 inch lift on my truck.

The kit came with shocks and struts and upper control arms. With a 3.5" suspension lift, any thoughts on if I'd need to lower my Diff and address the sway bar?

I would think that big of a lift will need diff(s) sway(s) and possible brake hose elongation/relocation. But as I don't know what truck you have it's hard to say.
