Help me identify the breed

A fellow mudder is fostering two pups. I'm interested in one of them. But am unsure of the breed. I'm calling on my personal army to get a good guess

Mostly just curious about how big she will get.

Foot pads are mostly white with a few darker spots. Very soft fur at the moment. Really don't know how old she is. I think she is just under one month.

Looks an awful lot like a St Bernard maybe mixed with something else. You should name it Nard Dog.

I asked my step-mom who has a DVM. These were her observations:

"part beagle (color, markings, shape), part blue tick hound (markings, color), and part Saint Bernard (face, nose). Very cute!"

Google-ing "blue tick hound puppies" gives a clue to her coloration with the weird black spots here and there.

Yep, the small spots def could be from a hound or a bird dog.

Bernese. From the Bern area of Switzerland. A standardized mix of the St. Bernard and Newfoundland breeds. I don't think that's what she is though. St Bernard/hound or St bernard/upland bird dog mix seems like a good guess to me
