Hey markhc. You don't have to take the turbo off. just take the heat shields of the turbo and unbolt the four nuts on the factory elbow/ dump pipe. Then fix your problem on the bench. You will understand when you have the heat shields off. I'am just finishing off building mine in stainless mandrel from the front to the back on the inside of the frame rail. I will try to post some pictures later.
