Hello al, I need help identifying this rear axle. It is on a BJ43 in Europe. I need brake parts etc. for it and my supplier does not show a single cylinder setup. Many thanks in advance!

Maybe there is a free manual here - Land Cruiser Factory Service Manuals (FSMs) - https://www.cruisercult.com/factory-service-manuals
Taking it apart and measuring stuff carefully might let you find parts that will fit from other applications.

Plus 1 for looking at other application at places like SOR.com

Full Floating is always nice.

Good chance it the same as the 60 series. During the 1980s Toyota and pretty much standardized brake parts in the Land Cruisers. Only difference is most long wheel base 40 series didn't have a hand brake. Those the parts for the hand could be added. All had the single wheel cylinder. I show the front drum brake axle after 8/80 still using dual wheel cylinder but only single on the rear.

What year is the BJ43?
