Need LT motor mount.(the metal tang that is welded to the frame)...anyone parting or know someone parting a HJ-60?

Is it nothing you could fabricate? I looked at the photos and it is low mount eh? My Bj one is so very much different.

But your mount doesn't look too hard to make. Well not easy easy.. but with a torch and some 1/4 flat sheet, lay it out in the shape and angle you need. Cut it out, then put in a vise and heat till you can bend it into shape.
