HELP! front vibration

*Axles or hubs, or their bearings, if you keep it in 4wd and just unlocking the hubs eliminates the issue, there you go. Driveshaft spinning still would show some sort of vibration as it would be moving without a load. Jack it up, chock the wheels, and spin the wheel looking for any wobble. Also carefully pull out and push in to check the endplay amount.

*Also for giggles, check the driveline angle, as the accompanying axle warp could be the cause, as things bind up under load.

Post a pic of your rig, and the front SAS, this way someone might possibly spot something your missing.
 
make sure the yokes on the end of the front-no both for that matter- are clocked.

so the U shapes are both in the exact same position, on each shaft.

( i dont mean make both shafts the same. thats silly :eek: )
