Help, Electrical Issue!

Engine Codes. 83 84 85.
TSM (ESA) Codes.

From Previous posts I have seen this issue being related to ECU. (NA 89661-601700 (Replaced with 89661-60221) BUT
Japan models only have ECU 89661-60160 Running From (08/1992 - 12/1994) (Later updated with 1995-1997 ECU)

I have tried a different ECU (Same part number) Same issues.
Attempted to adjust TPS Sensor. Same issues
VAF has been replaced 2nd hand (Works good)
O2 Sensors were replaced with a Aftermarket sourced in Country. (Could this be a issue?)

Wiring harness from TCM to ECU ( ESA1 ESA2 ESA3) All good.

NO Transmissions codes in O/D light system.

Anyone have any ideas on next steps and what else to check?

I have just ordered one from zf-scantools, But has not arrived yet.

The issue is intermittent rough idle and even sometimes dying, AFTER codes are thrown.

I have had a leak in the sunroof a few months back, Since has been fixed might start there to see if any corrosion has happened since.
