What size tap and die do I need to chase the threads?

Thanks!

I would bet M12x1.25 that is what every other Toyota I have worked on is.

I believe it’s M12 x 1.25. Let the hive double confirm this. I’m just going my memory

Is that better than the fumoto (sp?) valve that everyone seems to use?
Well, I like it better because it can’t be inadvertently opened. There is no lever. Even if the spring loaded ball valve fails, the threaded cap is there to stop any leak.

Makes sense, think I’ll try it.
