Hella 550s...replace bulbs?

I think I blew a bulb (after like 8-10years) in one of my Hella 550s. Anyone ever replace a bulb in one of these? I've long lost the directions, and with an 8 month old, I don't have the time to tinker around and figure things out like I used to. I think they are H3 bulbs.
