heater core differences

Are there any differences between a rhd and lhd heater core? As far as I can tell in the parts catalog the last didgit is different, but does that mean you can't use the same for either application? Thanks.

Whatever Toyota engine is in your truck would shift the heater core water locations from left to right not the column.
