Is the fuse powered before the relay or is the relay powered first then the heating circut fused?

Cause I found the the heating fuse behind the radio along with a relay but the relay I hear isnt that one its further up closer to the dash on the drivers/middle area.

The fuse in question behind the radio(20 amp) has no power but the relay that is bundled up with it does.

My book shows the heating circut being powered of the alt.(white wire) ,nothing from the fuse block...........is this spot on?

My switch has power but there is no power to the resister or the blower motor. I am about ready to jump the 20 amp fuse directly off the battery.

yea in the middle right behind the radio..........I just heard another relay when I was playing with the switch.

You are right the relay is powered first. I slapped in another relay, no good, jumped a wire off the white to the fuse holder, still no good. Then got pissed and ran a jumper wire off the white to the hot side of the motor and it took right off. Looks like the resister might be fried on the low side ........but I gots heat I just need to wire up a switch with a inline fuse and call it a day. Thanks mike
chris it is above the fuses i told you about on the phone last night!
