Heat unit defaults to Navigation screen every time I start car

I have a 2016 and don't remember the screen always defaulting to the navigation. Even if I was previously listening to the radio or had the monitor on the home screen, the car always defaults to navigation when I get back in the vehicle and start it back up. Is there any way to change this to default to something else or default to what was on the screen last? I never use the navigation, so it's pretty annoying.
