How easy is to change out headlights? I have a Dobinson front bumper The P/S light gets water in it all the time. I tried sealing the top with flex seal but water still gets in.

Thanks

It’s pretty straight forward. There’s 4 bolts/screws: two on top, one on the fender (you can see/access it if you remove the rubber trim from the bumper) and one on the bottom “inside” (inside bottom of the headlight body near the grille.) all 10mm.

Once you unbolt the entire fixture pulls out. Pull straight forward. There’s this plastic spike thing on the outside upper-ish part of the fixture.

Check if you have clearance from then hoops of your bumper. I have the Dobinsons deluxe stainless and the lights will wiggle out with the hoop on. But it’s easier/more space if I take them off.

Then you just have to disconnect the wires etc and transfer to the new light.

I used this video to see what all was involved
