Headlight Question, what bulb goes here?

I’m in the middle of a projector retrofit and wondering what goes in the area circled. Is this a “city light” or daytime running light?

My truck is a 2005 and I have a plug in the headlight harness that goes here but nothing else. Looks like I’m missing a bulb and holder that rotates into place?
