I’m upgrading my 2008 halogen headlights to 2013 and just received my eBay specials. I just noticed the orange blinkers are different…were they different across 2013-2015 or did I just purchase US market vs rest of the world lights? Both are Toyota OEM

I don’t know if they changed across the years. My 2013 LC lights look like the one on the left in your photo. Clear in front. Orange on the side.

Well after a lot of research, it appears this is a European spec 2013 headlight assembly. US Spec doesn't have the full orange.
