I have a 2004 LC that up until a few days ago has been just great. Currently the buttons on the left of the screen (Map/Dest/Menu/Display/Info/Audio) and the climate control buttons on the bottom of the screen (Temp/Auto/Off/Defrost/Climate/Recirc) along with the clock are not working. The screen comes on and shows the info screen and the climate control system works but I cannot make any changes to it since the buttons are dead. Radio works and controls from the steering will still control volume and station changes (and those are reflected on the screen).
I have searched through the forums and checked the recommended fuses. Also went through and checked all the fuses for continuity. I removed the negative from the battery terminal to reset and also checked the OBD for any codes, there were none. Any other thoughts as to what could be causing my problem? Next step might be to pull the head unit out and see what I see. Not ideal given that winter has set in and we don't have a garage. Couldn't happen during the summer
