My gauge has always read low and lately it has been only a needle width from the bottom mark when hot. I know my pressure is within spec with my tester and that the gauge is a problem on these... I bought a new sending unit and installed it while doing an oil change, the sender is just to the rear of the filter, and now have a cold reading at the 3/4 mark and 1/2 when hot. Meaningless I suppose but good for the peace of mind factor... Oh and Motorcoach123 has one new sender for sale I think, suggest someone grabs it...
