$645 as pictured.

Full options will include the 1" weld thru shackle mounts (as seen here), tail light guards, integrated 2" receiver which includes tube work and mounts below main tube, Hi-Lift jack mount on swing arm, and cooler basket.

This picture shows the receiver and jack mounts.

The key feature with that carrier is that when the removable cooler basket is not installed it allows access to the RH amby door with the arm closed. Not a big deal for those without kids but it can be a nice thing for those who access that door a lot.

What is the max tire size that will still allow the amby door to open?

Do you offer the RTC without paint? I have a local powder coater that is cheap.

What is total price for all options except jack mount.

Thanks, Eric

I can change the location of the tire mount for whatever size you want. I built mine to accomodate a 37".

The pricing will be as follows:

Bumper with swing arm including 2000 lb Destaco compression latch, open/close spring pin, and HD 1.5" solid steel, rebuildable oil impregnated bronze bushing spindle: $615

Detachable cooler basket: $100
2" Receiver hitch w/tubework: $75
Tail light guards: $40
1" Weld thru shackle mounts: $35
Hi-Lift jack mount: $25

Total: $890

Or somewhere thereabouts, depending on rising costs of materials when I get setup again.

In case you didn't see where I mentioned above, I am finished building again for now. I will be setup again in Alabama in August and plan on taking orders then. If you would like to reserve your place on the production line I will work with you, but things are up in the air for now. Did I mention that I'm in the Army and things rarely seem to go as planned, lol.

Anyway, thanks for the interest.

Jeremy

Just a few more pics of some of the completed units. They look much better in the right light. ;)

This one was the longest one yet. 54 inches and included the light tabs and brush bar. I really like the length on this one. I might consider replacing my front end now. :D

This guy here belongs to ChrisK. I really liked the challenge this one was to build, going off measurements provided to me in the form of pictures-this truly was a custom job and served as a prototype for future Bellview bumpers.

It is basically the same as the others except that it has 6 mounting holes, the plate is a few inches wider, the cable opening is off-centered, and it needed a nut welded in to accommodate the fairlead which mounts independently from the driver side gearbox mounts.

Thanks to you Chris for being up to the challenge of over the internet custom bumper ordering, this piece is one of my favorites to date.

Here it is most of the way installed. I pulled the gusset plates off and am going to have my airframes shop mig weld it to the bumper extender, that way it ain't going no-where:grinpimp: Once the weld goes on, prime and paint the welds and I'll be golden.

Great work Jeremy

Temporarily Discontinued

Yep, for the second time, I have to temporarily discontinue production as I move to Alabama from Texas. I plan to setup shop again and begin production as time allows. Please check back if interested in one.

Timeline for availability is around November at the earliest.

I wanna order one Jeremy. Please check your PMs. Also, Can you powdercoat black yet?

Thanks,

Flash

Flash, I would discourage you from going PC because if you do scratch it (and it is a BUMPER:doh:) there is no good way to touch it up. Rustoleum Satin Black is my weapon of choice. That also applies not only to scratches, but it you want to have something like High lift mounts or light tabs welded on at a later date....same problem.

Please contact me as soon as you get set up again. I am more than just a little interested in getting one of the 8274 winch bumpers.
