Can anyone who has had the privilege of meeting Junk and shaking his hand confirm that he is well acquainted with Rosie (you know, "Palmer"?) :D :D :D

Mot is just upsent cause he wants to shine mine and I won't let him. BTW, I try not to jerk on my knob too hard too often. Don't want to hurt anything.

i did replace my shifter with a razo brand shifter. they come in wood grain that matches my dash or in black. I love it because you wont ever hit the od button without meaning to!!

yea, when you have time id like to see the photos. TIA

I wonder if one of the shifters from a Taco would work? I like the "joystick" look they have....any ideas C-Dan???

How about a fat 8-ball with a hole drilled in the side for the o/d. Throw a nice flame job on the front and a chrome skull knob on the t-case shifter. Instant mother-in-law prevention.

I'll admit to it....

I did "upgrade" or swap out my shifter. I got it off eBay...it's the same design/specs as OEM, but has matching burlwood on the major surfaces (trimmed in leather). It was a quick R&R w/ a little bit of soldering.

It was a satisfying job...great feel whenever I shift the knob.
