Has anyone upgraded their shift knob? (2 Viewers)

Can anyone who has had the privilege of meeting Junk and shaking his hand confirm that he is well acquainted with Rosie (you know, "Palmer"?)

Mot is just upsent cause he wants to shine mine and I won't let him. BTW, I try not to jerk on my knob too hard too often. Don't want to hurt anything.

Some of the Lexus vehicles may(?) have suitable knobs. The steering wheels do fit.

Ok that is actually nice looking, and woudl be a nice "upgrade" if it fits, but I woudl not pay 72 bucks for it. would look noice next to a rock T-vase shifter.

If you get a new knob, make sure it's bigger at the top so your hand doesn't slip off and hit you in the forehead.

i did replace my shifter with a razo brand shifter. they come in wood grain that matches my dash or in black. I love it because you wont ever hit the od button without meaning to!!
It took me about thirty minutes to install very easy but look great!

How about a fat 8-ball with a hole drilled in the side for the o/d. Throw a nice flame job on the front and a chrome skull knob on the t-case shifter. Instant mother-in-law prevention.

I'll admit to it....

I did "upgrade" or swap out my shifter. I got it off eBay...it's the same design/specs as OEM, but has matching burlwood on the major surfaces (trimmed in leather). It was a quick R&R w/ a little bit of soldering.

It was a satisfying job...great feel whenever I shift the knob.
