I'm talking about a vinyl conditioner/protectant.
I know that they can get pretty faded and brittle from the sun plus abraded from use. So being a former amateur detailer and a new RTT owner I began thinking about dressings with feeding, moisturizing and sunblock properties.
I have had good luck in the past with 303 protectant which is made for this exact purpose. Vinyl inflatable boats at Disney World. But a much longer lasting product I've used in the past for both tires and vinyl/rubber trim is Optimum Opti-Bond Tire Gel. It lasts but isn't too glossy, plus it's UV blocking (as is 303).
So what has anyone tried and how did/does it work for you?
