Thanks, everyone - we have put a lot of effort into getting Buster socialized to the point he is. He IS a jerk around other dominant male dogs, though. :( We had a great time! We'll be taking the FJC to URE this weekend...if not I hope to see you guys in September in URE. :)

I am jealous Mylene. We will most likely be heading up the mountain to NC to clean up storm mess. We are planning to list the property soon. We have been looking at our property down by the creek and considering cutting a small "test" trail down there. There is some pretty cool terrain on that side of the property. It will be fenced in as horse pasture but the horses wont mind.

Anyone interested in a 3 acre property on the side of a mountain with a house framed and dried in and a 1 bay garage? Well and septic already in. 12 Miles from down town Hendersonville NC

He's a good looking hound buddy. Looks like a mini Buster :) He gonna be a truck dog?

The property is in Endnyville which is part of Hendersonville, NC. 12 miles from down town Hendersonville. It is 2.99 Acres situated on the side of the mountain. The property has a private 2/10 mile gravel drive coming off a paved county road.

There are 4 buildable plateaus on the property with vehicle access to each. There is a house under construction that is framed in requiring a little more framing (add second dormer and soffits on first floor) to be complete in the framing phase. The house is 16' X 40 feet with two floors and a gambrel roof, barn shape. There is a 20' X 20' garage and a heavy duty 10' X 16' shed as well. Well and septic are in.

During the Summer season you can not see the house from any road or neighboring house. You can barely see it in the winter. I bought this property when I was single and sitting at a computer designing houses for a living. Since then I married a woman with 14 horses and started a fabrication business that requires good road frontage. This property did not fit those requirements.

It is a beautiful property, but unfortuneately we can not keep it.
