Of the 3, I have only dealt with Woodpecker Hardwood Floors for flooring. Nucasa for various hardwoods.

King of floors, hands down has the best selection and prices , that being said your coworker may not find what he wants there , when I did the townhouse before we sold it I got all of my flooring and trim from a store near the production way Sky train station, Asian owners, good selection my father in law(Asian) beat them up on the prices lol.

Engineered stuff is so very very nice to work with, strait and easy to install.. Ask me how I know..? Ever in Nanaimo there is a Lassman flooring, got into it for a couple years and laid a pile of flooring,.with my cousin who owns the store.
