I think you might be at the stage of..pb blaster and vise grips!
Yea - PB Blaster or such before you touch that stuff with a wrench. Maybe a little heat - not much though on a brake line!

I hit mine last week w/ PB Blaster and let it sit for a couple days...then hit it again. I just tapped on the nut with the wrench before trying to loosen them...and off they came. I too had the stripping problem before hitting them with PB Blaster. Sometimes it just takes a bit of soaking though...
