My 22re motored toy has a hanging idle. All vac lines replaced since it started. It will drop to about 1600 RPMs for about three seconds then drop the rest of the way down. Any ideas?
 
There is a small, round breather connected to the dashpot on your throttle body that might be plugged. Test by removing.
Or the dashpot itself might be stuck.
Or the TPS might need adjusted.
