I'm busting, i can't wait to get her.

I met georg through sean(67azcruizr) around march timeframe. I restored a 66 bronco, and liz my wife knew something was up when i sold it. meaning the garage slot wouldn't be empty long.

i wanted a diesel, family rig, somehow i got stuck on the troopys. so research started, found you fine folks here. and bam. then i remembered my family friend in tucson, call up sean. ( so it's really seans fault) !!! callup sean, puts me in touch with goerg, and the rest is the pic above.

so the troopy left stockton monday night, i hope to see it in 2-3 days. ahhhhh.

georg is the best, some of the things we did before shipping it up, he put the ome kit on, turbo glide, (need to work on my diesel skills) and did the bj43 fold & tumble i fould in vermont!!! so middle fold & tumble, rear long fj40 jumpers. it's sweet!!

giddy up..... thanks sean, thanks georg.........thanks mud.......

Chuck your right Georg its one of the best out there. He's a Great guy who Loves Cruisers and Your getting a Great Rig.

nothing is set in stone, but i may be taking over another mudders' project. kinda different but definetly cool. lotsa work ahead and with my schedule, that might take a while.

good to see you on here kellyo!

hoooooooly cow.

what an ausome rig..... no huge updates. my kids love it. 8 yr old daughter loves the curved rear windows. Drove it 4-5 times now around the hood. more comfortable driving it.

short list:

tear out raido, (bird nest boxes gone) george, speakers for the rest of you guys.
balance tires, find skinny steelies
rear door seal
find out why slider window outer seals sag
take off top rack ( pray it fits in garage ) or get saw zalll.
hook up travel trailer and see what it;s like pulling it.

possible prep for internal linux ( it rains here )

i'll unload some pics tomorrow.

chuck

thanks george..

All right, some pics

Here is the kids. Colin & Isabella. One of the main reasons for the rig & seating. needless to say we were overjoyed when the carrier arrived.......

The hard to find jump seat.

Nice, however, i thought it was from a bj 44, the kind that folds down to a bed. A small bed, i'll admit, but it's been done...... :grinpimp:

The rest of the neighborhood.

The blond twins up the road, good friends. ( gig a dee, gig a dee ). Their 6 kids. My wife, taking pics, later for all you folks.

Man, i'm still freaking on the rig. LOVE IT. The seat works well. We put factory long fj40 jumpers in the rear. Lots of leg room in the middle seat. Kids love the jumpers.

Just trying to get the tires figured. Some other things i thought to ask:

1) whats the power plug behind the drivers seat? looks like a cigarett powere plug?
2) the knob on the e brake? does that adjust cable tention?

Thanks all. more pics to come, i'll get the 8274 mounted, tires and post up some more. Anybody looking to do the same on seats let me know we can chat. it's a great fix. i'll get a stock roll bar with seatbelts/shoulder's for the middle. then the kids sit there.

i need to check with ocd on the progress of my softtop. I ordered, green with green tint windows.

gig a dee gig a dee...

thanks again georg. thanks again georg.

and sean.
