Hand Throttle for BJ73

Seeking part: 78180-90K07 - but these don't appear available anywhere online, even second hand. Partsouq, amayamaha

Does anyone have a suitable substitute [part itself or # to order], or know if a FJ60/62 hand throttle works instead?

You would be able to use almost any 7* part before 07.
Different part numbers to the 6* series but it maybe possible to modify one..
There are universal types on ebay.
