Anyone heard of half doors for the FJ07
www.Aqualuindustries.com makes some pretty sweet half doors. along with everything else.
www.manafre.com has aluminum ones that arent that bad for the price.

So then why arent you in your Jeep, I mean FJ40 section since you own one of those?

gonna bet 100$ that nobody will build some and sell them, but a good fab shop and some money and you might be happy, the 5$ question is do you keep the rear doors or pull them too?
IF...someone builds them... the best thing I could think of would be to loose the rear doors. Then make tube doors similar to the rears that latch in place...and then front tube doors that latch to the rear tube doors, just as the stock doors do.

Never even gave a half door a thought, unless you mean something like this...
If you couldn't tell from my lack of graphic skills, the above is a photochop job. I've been working on this idea for awhile now. You'd want to keep the rear door for the seatbelt unless you planned on a 4 or 5pt restraint system. My local auto-wreckers are looking for a door for me now.
I sourced a few different quick disconnect harness systems already. Just have to get them here and get them installed to test them out to see what will work best. Also looking at a different hinge system with alignment rods to make it easier to swap the doors out.
It's a plan, but that's all the further I've gone with it so far.
