H42 only reverse

What does it mean if I can only shift into reverse? Wheeling all day and noticed neutral felt "sticky" and got worse. Then only have reverse.

Maybe related: I think a motor mount tore because hard throttle in low sent the shifters to the right more than seemed normal. When that happened there was a vibration from the drivetrain leaning against something else.

Driving my buddies not street legal truck home while he trailers my broken rig. Ugh.

In a side note, wheeling was fun.

when a motor mount goes normally the first thing you hear is the fan hitting.. you DEFINATELY notice the fan hitting. Simple to check mount, jack under pan see if it's split. Normally drivers side goes.

Did you ever get the transmission shifter out? Push down, twist? See if there is a shifter seat?

I fiddled with removing the shifter some last night. I should be able to remove it with another try. I'll check the shifter seat.
