kinda lookin for a h41.... what ya got and how much?

Is this a standard 4 speed you need? Like the 4 speed from a 1979 FJ40? If yes then I have one in Spokane. I also have a 1981 FJ60 transmission.

H41 is a non-US 4spd with a 4.92 1st gear. The H42 is the US 4spd tranny with a 3.55 1st gear.

Hi All:

Sorry dude, but since the H41 was never standard issue in North American market Land Cruisers *all* of these transmissions over here will be imports from somewhere else!

I have a Man-A-Fre import H41 (from Australia?) in my FJ40 that has worked without trouble since I bought it from the fellow who originally got it from M-A-F.

What is your budget for lower gears? there might be other options available.

Well I'm going w/ a toybox 4.7, and I just figured I'd check to see if there was a h41 laying around here before I stick it all together.Running a split case behind the toy box.

haha, budget is a under statement.I'm scrapping it together but she's taking a lil bit.Like 2 years or so now.Buying tools and all to get things going is rough sometimes.
